Gridlok is good but it will also depends on your board. Board that is warpped and thick will not be flatten by gridlok as the concept for this support system is to conform to the shape of the underside of the board with very minimum upward force from

Jun, What is your RH in the SMT area? Is a different paste used on this product than on the other lines. Could your paste be absorbing humidity from the air and discharging the moisture at reflow? This will cuase what you are describing. Good Luck

We had this problem not long ago and changed to the remountable foils. They are as good as the orignals but they cost less and are practical to store. All our stencils come from DEK and they have a nice little (overpriced) cupboard, if you're working

Does anyone have an opinion, good or bad, regarding the mpm ap24x? I've only ever done manual printing and have little clue about automated printers. I'm pretty new to this whole arena and any suggestions would be much appreciated.

AP24X is old model. Some parts are getting hard to come by. Check if the vision system is Cognex 2000 or 5000 and what the computer is. It may have been upgraded. Otherwise, its a good printer.

Just wanted some info, pro's, con's on Tyco's MT-30 Matrix Tray Handler. We were thinking of purchasing one, but I heard some good things and bad things. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks for your time

Sounds like you have some delamination problems. How hot is the board getting? Try baking the board prior to rework. Is the quality of the board good? Goog Luck. MrMaint

I know this response comes late, but my advice is to get your paste supplier in for some good profiling time before you decide how to do your own. My paste supplier will come in on a moments notice if I need them.
