I do have all tools for calibrate. The 4" plate is looked like for down-look camera. The big nozzle is for up-look camera. I did all the procedure in the handbook from Traning Center System from Quad. The up-look camera does see the nozzle, and passe

Problem with y-axis Yamaha84 SMT mounter

What is the (initial position) ratio of pulse counts to home encoder pulse (relative to the home sensor). It should be 50% +/- 15% Run this test several times in between a warm up. I bet your numbers are all over the place. I bet you have a loos

Problem with y-axis Yamaha84 SMT mounter

Electronics Forum | Thu Oct 27 03:15:14 EDT 2005 | Jeff Roberts

The Y-axis motor of the YM84 Series is well known for failures. The bearing between the encoder and the armature fails causing dirt to fall on the encoder wheel, hence the encoder mis-counts. If you re-Origin the machine the problem is resolved for a

Don't V score, unless you absolutely have concurrence with your QUALIFIED fab and assembly operations. Routing is best for all chip devices close to board edge. It's better and cleaner for everything when seeking quality and reliability. Visit htt

AIM, KESTER, OR INDIUM PASTE PREFERRED?

Electronics Forum | Fri Jun 30 10:51:36 EDT 2006 | samir

Indium Pb paste has always been great but the flux tends to implode on the BGA's (despite many different profile strategies). The Indium Pb-Free is horrible...horrible, and have been kicked out of my lead-free eval. PS-I went to Moonman/Guru link a
