I should read this closer before I post it. It should read "Lead" paste not "Led" paste. This is grease for the screw shaft that brings the rails in/out on the reflow oven.

The NMG No Melt is what I currently use. I hadn't thought of replacing it with an oil. Will try it and see how it goes. Thanks for the replies.

Hello all, I am using a led base past on a very thick board. Profiles are 260c in final zone. Currently I am using Biral "NoMelt" grease. This is not good enough for my process. After 1-2 shifts all of the grease is gone. What are you all using?

Thanks Rob, It looks like my customer wouldn't let me to change the material. However, this potting material still sticks to the non sticking fixture that I have. Can anyone give me a non sticking material that I can make these fixtures out of?
