We have had the same problem for years. The way we have fixed this is by NOT winding the cover tape the way the diagram shows. We only use the roller that is connected to the index arm. Hope this works for you.

Can you use one of those hot-dog rollers (cookers?) you see in the corner convenient stores to keep the paste tubes moving to eliminate the separation? Ya know, the cookers with the week old hot dogs on it that are all shrivelled up?

On tacky rollers. Ionizators is ok but Im not sure to that this solution guarantee us reduced to 100V value (this is what we need). We dont have ionizators on arms

Do u use antistatic rollers inside machine? because I'm not sure that fitting anti-static bars at the entrance side of the machine will help(thats doubt even from Teknek side)

I have shlves with rollers and a stop on one end. Boxes go in one end and roll towards the other. One end for people to pull from, the other is to load. I have bunch left over and willing to sell cheap. Let me know if you want them.

Hi If you want to clear bare pcb try to visit teknek company website, they are making roller type cleaning machine. I used similar solution before with good results.
