OA stands for Organic Activated. In the good old fo SMT processes, a lot of different fluxes are being considered. RA, RMA, OA, etc. If you look at the present no-clean paste, it is actually RMA.

I assume the material you are using is black. This may sound far fetched but try using a lighter color material. Going from black to gray has given users as much as fifteen degrees F. less in heat loss.

In our case the aforementioned SW is our Calibration Database. This SW covers everything in the facility incl support assets such as compressors. -- Don't be too quick to jump to conclusions w/o asking for detail 1st.
