For me it looks like a sales issue. Having more operators would probably not help them meet their metric. If you cannot meet or defeat a metric, switch metrics. (said tongue in cheek)

No because the other components that make up the product are sourced in China, and it makes logistics sense to assemble there also. Having said that, please pass on any US contact that you have.

CP643 does place 0201's. Like I said everything has to be perfect or expect mediocre results at best. When working with smaller parts Fuji CP machines are very picky about table level, part height, and mechanical pick and place parameters.

how many parts are you looking for? Certain sizes of SMT? You said you have boards, so you'll need parts that fit the pad layouts of those boards. Also, where are you located?

Sorry, you said LT... correct dwg. On LT (assuming not very early software version), you can discount that sensor by selecting "Center Justified" for screen image...

As Dekhead has said, sounds to me like you have the wrong setting in your screen choice within the program, is it edge or centre justified?

Filters get clogged. With wash-away spacers you will have to do more PMs on the machine. That said, they do work nicely. Just make sure they play nice with your wash chemistry.

The problem is they said what we designed is not qualifyed for production and they have files called "DFM" which is used for the real production to fit with the production line
