i am going to try it to use with Electrolube HPA. BTW we ran into a similar ptoblem, we just put pink mask on it to seal it off. still takes less time than to mask them with tape

Caplugs Very low tech, and very low cost. you will have to do a bit of work to find a size that will work for you, but the savings are worth it.

Hi Does anyone know where I can find information with regards to what is allowable when it comes to scratches and the depth of scratches on gold plated items Thanks Adam.

Nearly all of our assemblies have to meet class 3 requirements and we regularly use 5 and 6 mil stencils. If you've got reasonably well controlled processes you won't have any trouble getting class 3 joints on QFPs and discretes.

Thank you, I think that`s a good strategy, what are the spec ifications of the softner? Is this normally available with the paste manufactureres? Thanking for further infos...

Simply leave the paste out at the end of the shift for the next days use. Keeping the paste refrigerated just prolongs the shelf life. Even if you are at the expiration date leaving the paste out for 36 hrs won't make any difference. Jerry

Hi, What would you do normally when you have collected the used solder from the stencil each day?
