Thanks, I am working on to prevent solder bridging. Tried fine tuning reflow profile, solder printing looks fine. Any further ideas??

Yeah i don't know I have not seen the actual application. RTV was already discussed by the customer and they don't want it. That is what I was thinking too. It is poor design and they are trying to find a cheap way out that doesn't look cheap. Thanks

Does anyone have any experience with this component ? We seem to have some warping issues through reflow. We have tried everything profile wise....pre bake parts etc.

KRIKIES! tenting WILL inhibit solder flow through the top-side me lad. In the meantime, me chap, have you tried to adjust wave parameters? i've read threads here that a vibrating wave will tend to push solder up through holes.
