Do you know why my solder paste sticks to the squeegee so much that it mis-prints and how can I prevent it from happening. I can only get about 3/4 prints before this happens.

Matt, Try putting a soldering iron to a pad to see if you get reflow. If it reflows, your oven is too cool. If no reflow, your oven may be too hot. Regards, Bob

I did not get that info. We sent them back and the vendor ran them through HASL finish. They processed very well after that. Thanks to everyone for the help. mk

Try Ellsworth Adhesives. We have good luck with them getting 1B73 in here fast on most occasions. www.ellsworth.com ...and no I dont work for them or know anyone who does!

how fast are you ramping your profile..and how long are you soaking it.. are you giving enough time for the flux to get activated...
