where are your pear shaped balls located? :) you said about 10% of the balls have been affected are they mainly around the egde of the BGA or in the corners ect?

Good morning, In this case separation speed doesn�t affect print quality. Separation speed decrease makes print quality the same or worse. Apertures still remain blocked. Any ideas? Thanks. BR, Pavel

If you usually get good release on other products with your paste, I would try a different batch of paste. The batch you are using may have a problem that contributes to the beading. Jerry

Good afternoon, We can use type-3 solder paste, but what for? Type-3 solder particles are larger than type-4. Probably this will cause even worse release. BR, Pavel

Spare parts? Like what? If it's your belt motor, try cleaning out the gear box attached to it. 99% of the time it's the lube in this gear box that dries out and turns to glue.

We just went through this exact same problem on an OmniFlo. We did all the stuff Marc talks about and the problem went away completely. As Marc states, clean the chain guides! You will will see lots of junk near the last zones(s).
