I have a CP642 machine that always gives me a Station 17 or Station 19 nozzle error when the machine selects the 2.5mm 3.7mm or 5.0mm nozzles. It always throws an unknown nozzle station 17 error after all the heads have switched to the above mention

Thanks for the comments so far. The smallest nozzle I've tried is a 4mm, which is what Pillarhouse used on this board to provide a sample. I tried this but wasn't as good as the 6mm. I've soldered the same connectors on a different board using a 10mm

The Solderballs are on the botton side of the board.The solderballs are concentrated around through hole edge connectors, which have a Tin/lead finish and have lead pitch of 2.5mm, on top of this, random solderballs are occuring around test points. T
