Hi, i'm looking for an analyzer - possibly universal one that can be installed externally (we have two types of ovens and decide which one to choose for it) can You propose a solution - where to look and what could be the price? best regards

Does the established joint still exist if once again re-touched by a soldering iron, or does it return to the original problem? Wetting issues on pad could be for many reasons and you could analyze with a cause effect diagram.

You have a board fabrication defect. Search the web for "hole wall pullaway" Performing a microsection is the best way to analyze the defect.

That's hard to quantify. I deal with escapes when they occur, but I haven't kept track of that data. It doesn't happen to often. But when it does, I take it back to the AOI to analyze why it escaped, and change the algorithm to catch it, if I can.

Ideally first you need to analyze the residue to see what it is. We had a customer with white residues after wave and elemental analysis revealed tin.

We resolved this issue a few weeks ago. It was a configuration mismatch in the oven (MR933+)software with the onboard O2 analyzer.
