We have a name brand aqueous batch cleaner that uses a chemical and DI water to clean ROL0 flux from our PCBs. It does ok most of the time for SMT boards and we want to include through hole assemblies as well which should be a better cleaning process

I'm not too experienced with this but what about an air-blast with an ionized air source such as an air knife above and below a conveyor to push most of the fluid off of the pcba then run through an oven just above vaporization temperature.

We have a need to clean boards. Can we use a regular dishwasher if we feed it with DI water thru a water heater? What kind of issues can come up with doing it this way as opposed to an industrial type batch cleaner? Any thoughts or comment would be a
