We have the same issue. It was present with our old 1500 and is even more present with our newer 1800EXL. For us, it seems to be related to the blowers, not the heaters. If we are in cooldown or wakeup the issue is still there with the heaters off.

Another oven maker not so famous in USA probably but very strong in EU and high end Asia companies is Rehm Thermal Systems (germany), you should take a look..... They have many years in Reflow same time as Heller been in business, but they use highe

I would look at Vitronics-Soltec such as the XPM 820 or even the 520. BTU also makes very nice ovens. The Hellers I used to use went through blowers every 6 mos. and both of them came it defective. You must have got lucky or I got unlucky. Russ

Bother are valid choices, Rehm is better made(stainless steel tunnel, lower power usage, threepahes blowers etc) If can afford it would be better choice. From experience Hellers Specs are a bit flaky... But they both will solder PCBs.

Thank you guys for the answers. I have solved a part of the problem. I replaced the caps that Rob mentioned and some blowers start working. I still have problems with 2 heats. One of them the blower is not working even changing the cap. The other one

By profile (profile has not been changed) are you referring to the oven zone settings or the actual charted profile of a trip through the oven as recorded by a thermal profiler? Some ovens will continue to function without warning as long as temps

Don't know that oven or if the layout is similar at all to a Heller, but in our 1500s you could lose a blower and not get an alarm until a large board blocked vertical airflow. At that point the thermocouple in the faulty zone would then lose heat

Hi There, I used to have a similar problem with all of our new heller ovens. I converted them with fan blower controller kit. It is really easy to do or you can have done. Its about $900/oven. For now if you do not feel like investing any money , go

Is your oven adjusted correctly for temperature > and blower and conveyor speed? As far as blower settings it only has a Hi-Mid-Low setting (is a heller 1809), and we have been working with all at Hi speed since line was started (1.5 year ago). Co
