We had 6's, 6-4000's, 6E's, & 6E-4000's. They we all the same to program, but from memory: the 4000's could handle larger boards (356x457mm?) & the E's had the Back/front key switch on the side of the monitor block, whereas the straight 6 had it on

Hi, I am having some problems with my CP6 placement changing in the Y axis. I had to move all parts by +.12mm this morning. Then after 20 boards the placement shifted too high by about .12 mm The IP stayed the same with the same pcb's and fid coo

yes, it is correct. also CP6 & IP3 require different placment angle in program if you are placing ICs & transistor from these machine ( 180 + )so can not contorl through CAD data best way is to make one sameple board for trial

Hi Mika, We had roughly the same set up - AP27 -CP6x2, GSMx2, VIP98 & we ran the thin boards with durastone routed pallets. If you route out a 0.4mm pocket on the pallet and either use kapton tape/high temp masking tape/ or 3M spraymount to hold

Hi, There are a few different types of CP6 which I think the main differences are on the board loading side of things. To briefly answer your questions: 1.What is the actual CPH you are getting during production. There are a lot of variables to c
