We use a conveyor before our oven and put a footswitch on it to send the next board or jump the pins so that it just sends the board depending on delay needed.

It was suggested that a delay between reflow and washing the boards (hours?) would allow the water soluable flux residue to somehow damage the X7R capacitors. I'm wondering if that makes sense at all? Mariss

Hi Joe, Sorry for the delay, been off on holiday... Just give me an email address and I'll forward one before the end of today. (Make sure to add something like removethis in the email, not sure if this list is crawled...) Dan

Software version running? Is this on one product or all products? Left to right feed? If yes, is board at left sensor being keyed? Right to left feed? what is setting for "right feed delay", increase it?

It has been a while but I think it is the "BAS" nozzle, a nozzle with a seal on the bottom and possibly a pick up delay.

Hello, someone knows like to alter the time of wait of the stoper of the conveyor in a Qp242 with fuji flexa. What I want is to give a delay to the stoper after it stops registering the pcb Thanks.

Delta T is the temperature difference between the lowest and highest temperature between measurable components at any point within the reflow process... taking into account the delay time for saturation from leading to trailing edges of the product.

Here is some more information: "Moisture can increase the dielectric constant, leading to changes in impedance, switching speeds and propagation delay times. " I am not sure if you can accurately measure any of these on your assembly but it looks li
