Pascal: Two elementary cautines are: 1 Don't dump the board before the reflowed solder is cooled. 2 Try to manage the side to side temperature variations in your oven. I wouldn't be surprised to see 5�C variation. Good luck

I believe NEA still sells new UP500's for around $45K. I think MPM dumped them all there and pays them as they sell. Is it worth looking at if the software is upgraded? I had the general opinion that the hardware was not so hot.

I have seen problems when printing below 18% with our paste. We use a swamp cooler to dump moisture back into the room. It usually get to about 28% and the printing issue disappear. arcandspark

We have the same machines and same software. We have not seen this problem. I agree, sounds like your hard drive is taking a dump.

I have had this problem on tant-D's. Do a memory dump. Re-transmit status and proper. May help....may not. Also, is this the last mount?

Hi, Vapor phase is an incredibly process, apart from the tombstoning, that we just could never eliminate. So we had to dump it and go with convection. It's a shame, as the solder joints were incredible! Regards, Grant
