Some of the blister in solder mask, normally 1 circle blister(about 1cm in Dim.) in each PCB. In addition, there are also blister in laminate, the also look like 1 circle blister(about 1cm in Dim.) in each PCB.

Hi Mika: It would be great to know the specs required for the transformer as I have a trasformer manufacturer here able to do it. I saw that the machine uses 3 phase without Neutral (230V each)30 amps. These 30 Amps are total or each phase? Regards

Yeah, I think it has to do with both changers being owned by the one head. If each changer was owned by separate heads then they would each need an open hole.

Did you check each leg alone to ensure you have proper incoming voltage to the machine on each individual line? any other 3 phase issues in the building? do you have a UPS for pc and conveyor purposes? is that failing?
