I have the same Heller 1500 and am about to start evaluating paste. Would you be so kind as to provide your oven set points to give me a baseline to start with? I think this would save myself and others a lot of time and effort ;-) Thanks James S

Personally, I like the settings of 230,230,230,230,230 at a belt speed of 8 inches a minute on My Heller 1500. It cooks a pizza just fine. Jay

you may also want to try replacing the Motor capacitor. This is often the culprit on those blower motors. I found them on Amazon for $3. much better then $450 for a new motor.

Steve, We do not currently run BGAs, but I have been told by a CM we use that does BGAs, that our Heller 1500 (5 zone) oven has an insufficient number of zones to properly reflow a BGA. Anyone else have an opinion about this it would be appreciated

Jay - I read your report and was interested to see that you ran your evaluation on a Heller 1500 5 zone. We have been hearing for some time that a larger machine (7 zone min)with higher temp heaters and fan motors would be required. Is yours a "hi t
