I have a Quad QSV-1 machine. It has been off for over a year with no power to it at all. I found out that I lost the BIOS on the machine. I have two QSV-1 with the serial numbers one apart from the other so I copied the bios from one to the other

That's a significant drop in speed from a CP4/3 & IP2 to a Quad QSV-1 - about 75-80% slower. Also do you really want to go from one old platform to another? Obviously everything is budget dependant but there are a lot of newer used machines out

We have four QSV-1s, all with the Windows 7 upgrade. Although they do the job for us and they are still fully supported, I would not recommend them for anything less than 0603. For 0402 and 0201 you need special feeders. We do not use the special fee

I have a Quad QSV-1. When I was teaching the fiducials, an error came up on the screen. ABNORMAL PROGRAM TERMINATION came up. It might have read something different but this was close. It then closed out of the quad program and went to the window
