If I am not mistaken you can buy Spray cans of Conformal Coating. For the small batch in the environment you are describing, that might be the ticket. A bit pricey material wise, but clean up is a cinch. A little masking tape, and spray away!

If you are going to coat very low volumes then just spray it by hand. The automated machines just won't be worth it unless you are going to do a very large run. They are complicated, require constant attention, still require masking the board and are

We are looking to purchase a table top batch oven, with nitrogen, for prototype work on various PCB assy's - some with BGA's. The intent is to simulate a multi-zone production oven profile - and we kow that an exact simulation is not possible - just
