Is there any possible way to repair the blower of vitronics reflow oven if it stuckup? How to replace its blower? Or i should be replaced as 1 assembly (cell motor and blower assembly).

hi, if the blower is stuck, check the pully shaft whether it is correctly fixed with fans. if price is concern, you can remove the motor and get it repair by re-winding of motor coil. if price is no concern you can change complete assemly or motor a

Hi, We recently purchased an XPM1. It has 3 squealing blower motors. Of course they are the ones on the bottom zones. I have read the procedure in the tech manual. Does anyone have any experience replacing these blowers? Can you offer me any helpf

Ya I found that out while pulling the motor wires out of the terminal blocks.

I would look at Vitronics-Soltec such as the XPM 820 or even the 520. BTU also makes very nice ovens. The Hellers I used to use went through blowers every 6 mos. and both of them came it defective. You must have got lucky or I got unlucky. Russ
