PCB stretch

We are having an issue w/PCB stretch & shrinkage over some 300mm panels. 5-up array, w/the smallest pads at 6mil (QFN). Is anyone aware of a machine that will measure the distance between features on the substrates? Tony

actually not...only with NPM W2 AND TT2...and with HDP dispenser...CM602 402 is an older generation than NPM but the principle is the same..the program is slightly different...im more than 10yrs in this job..

Do you use a FUJI NXTIII pick and place machine? I wonder if you are using W08c, or W08f feeder?

I'm becoming fairly certain this must be software limited. Maybe my math is wrong, but 8 zones * 6000W is 48000W, which would be more like 130A if all were active.

Voiding in uBGA's w/blind uvia's in pads
