Could anyone help to connect a FUJI CP42 machine to a conveyer with stanard SMEMA? CP42 has 2 wire cable and small female connector label SMEMA (Not fit with stanard SMEMA). Thank you for all your help, -Michael

If the machine is throwing components at the "void" where the error should be, place a box. The standard rejection are quite small, large parts will not fit.

I'm the AOI operator here, and no, we do not look at DNI locations. It was considered, but overall, the extra time taken is not worth it. You could inspect some locations where components are not to be fitted, but I guess it depends on how many place

What are the chances for redesign the board or use substitute for the current tall part? Sometimes the hassle you want to go through could be avoided. How about change the box the device goes to or modify/ customize it to fit this part better in?

If you go to the BOARD drop down menu, and choose AUTO-PLACE labels, it will resize them as it sees fit. Which sometimes works, and sometimes makes it worse.

Hello Enrichium, YG12F machine uses FT or FS type feeders. CL type feeder just fit in YV series machine. Best Regards, Sophy
