Also looks like there maybe an issue connected to the pallet/board not pushing the solder over the back of the nozzle properly. Maybe the wave level is slightly low so any dross that is on top off the solder wave isn't being pushed away by the pallet

I don't think that you would need to test these. Have you ever seen any evidence of solder sticking to them? We use the same material and never notice anything besides flux staying on the bottom. Would the lead absorption if any even be of a concer
