AJ, I believe all of your questions are best answered by your pc board supplier. The answers will vary depending on pcb material, thickness, humidity level in your shop, etc. Too many variables to consider for a generic answer.

Hello, Have anyone of you any experience of mounting BGA-s on both side of the PCB in lead free process? Have you seen any problems after the second reflow? Is it something special to focus on? /Thomas

Ooops sorry! Has anyone ever had a problem with using FR4 for a burn-in board? We suggested using Nelco or getek, but will FR4 have any problems in the assembly area through the solder wave?

Does anyone have a motor frequency inverter(driver) for an ERSA Versaflow, that you can sell me? It says "Seidel" and then "digifas 7200". I know this is a long shot, but even if it's used I'll take it.

Funny that you post this, but I just had one of these go bad on me. ERSA Field Service came in and replaced it.
