Hi Nicky, Some of our Magazine racks can be dissasembled and break down flat. In theory they would then fit in a screen cleaner. Rob.

If the machine works I will order more of them or a bigger model. The idea of a desktop machine is very enticing. I can fit 10 of these in my R&D room. It uses Yamaha pneumatic feeders which are supposed to be very reliable.

Another option to consider is ATCO (http://www.atco-us.com/products/item/5-pro-1600-smt-reflow-ovens). Cycle time is around 5 minutes and your throughput will depend on on how many panels will fit in the 20" x 20" work area.

When an older Fuji machine acts odd the first place to go is a reset start and reload proper, program, and status to see if that fixes it. Just make sure you have a good proper before you begin. Jerry

Thank you, Jerry. I have done a Fuji wash and resent proper and status, still no luck. I'm going to go through my proper and ensure it is indeed good.
