Most of the semi-con is using SAC305 balls. Only the PCB assembly house feels the heat, but semi-con never feels any pressure.

Sure is. It's called Dual Pot. Most major wave solder manufactureres offer it. The quickest way is to buy a used wave for Pb and keep your existing Pb free wave, Pb free!

CK the Flip Guy You're correct. Some profiler suppliers include a Cp, Cpk calculatoromiter with their very nice units.

Would their calculatoromiters set off my BS detector? It's quite sensitive with things like Cp,Cpk and use of statistics. Or are they actually genuinely usefull?

stepheniii Unsure how they determine that the process is stable and in control, a prerequisite to calculating Cp, Cpk. A trained chimp smoking a cigar could calculate Cp, Cpk.

No, 50 parts on one side and 4 SOIC leds on the other. The LEDs cannot go through the wave so I need to mask them off or cover them up to protect them during the wave.
