Yes, it is being pushed into the paste, did a slow place motion and you can see the nozzle press (spring) as it reaches the board height... the nozzle is black, and I tried a new nozzle also... good thoughts tho.... much apreciate the help...

Look for local support. At some point you will need someone to fix the machine. It is much cheaper to have someone local than to fly someone in from far away.

Opal XII, MG-1 (and substitites from Yamaha available in Asia). Unlimited spare parts, cheap feeders, etc. MG-1 is faster, better for service (opinion of a friendly serviceman)

I bought a Philips Emerald-X from the US and switched to 230VAC - you just need to switch jumpers on trafo in the machine.

This is't making much sense to me? why do they want to remove it in the first place? it sounds like they plan to re-use it if they are worried about it being erased. if thats the case how do they plan to get it re-balled and back on to a board withou
