And that's the key thing for an assembler. Who cares if the part is bone dry? Assemblers want to get the part dry enough so that soldering process does not destroy the part, so that he /she can move on to the next issue.

Qulification the baking process of 70 degree and 24 hours below 10Pa. We have the experiment data which shows the weight of baked water from package with this condition is more than 125 degree at normal condition.

Hi, How do single pass and double pass stencil printing compare? Is one preferred to the other? Any risks associated with double pass stencil printing? thanks in advance -Arun

Double pass printing for solder paste is not needed and will cause defects. Redesign your stencil thickness or aperture sizes, change your paste mesh size or type, go to 45 degree blades.

Hi All does anyone know the size of the o-ring on the front coupling on the GSM feeders? I know I can get them from UIC, but maybe there is a size I can buy in bulk to maintain my feeders. thanks

Measure the O-ring if you are able to get to it and take the specs to any industrial supply shop, online or otherwise, and see what their price is. I repair Fuji feeders, so I cannot really help on the size but that is how I get the O-rings for my f

My understanding is that if the delta T was 4deg/sec then chip capacitors would delaminate. I have no evidence to support this just an engineers advice. Andy
