Be careful of MSL level 4 or higher devices on the first side. if they sit out 3 days, they will need to be baked before second side reflow or you risk component damage.

No there are no pads except for the castellated ones on the side. These boards are being used on agricultural machinery though so a less than ideal solder joint would likely be prone to failure over time

When these old Fuji's do weird things I usually try a reset start. Many times that fixes the issue. Make sure you have a valid proper file before you try it. Jerry
