I agree with Fastek. Auto dispense is for high volume. We have 5 printers with this option and never use it. PS: Harry...why don't you post on the site ? Is there a conspiracy ?

Thank you all for your input, I knew this would be a feature that could cost us money in the long run and your responses confirmed it. I believe we will still try the autopaste to prove/disprove the usfullness of the feature. Regards.

Assuming you have the scale that corresponds with Board Width for center justified stencil. Formula would be: 2 x (distance to image {mm} - 368) = Board Width (setting on scale) http://www.dekhead.com/

With the price difference between new and used, you could buy an extra used conveyor just for spare parts and still save money.

I have purchased Asys conveyors for the last 3 lines I have installed, and have been very happy w/them; they are a little pricey but extremely well designed. And we also use the RTV trick for securing the conveyor feet - very effective. ts

Photon Dynamics INC. bought CR Technology some time back. I do not know if they still support equipment or not.
