Well I figured it out. The XP242 vision system is STUPID. I had to use a vision 18 instead of a 10 because it was seeing a leg.

We don't know what your customer expects. If you do a nice chart of your third-party results that show a stable and in-control process, we'd guess your customer would let you slide without buying a BIG dust collector.
