Yes. Teach 24mm feeder. 1. Set pickup to "Teaching" or "relative". 2. Adjust coordinate. 3. Celebrate with high fives and chest bumps like in the beer comercials.

have you ever thought about teaching the feeder as a repeat pickup? 1st before the sensor and 2nd at the sensor.

Go to Slaine's 2nd link, then right click on the PDF icon & do a "save target as". Took about 30 seconds. Didn't work the other way. Cheers Slaine, Rob.

IPC spec is V-score shall not be more than 1/2 board thickness. They should be V scoring 1/4 off top and 1/4 off bottom equally.

Which spec is that in? I'm seeing web thicknesses of .015 or thinner being suggested for a .062 board, way thinner than 1/2 the board thickness.

We are now running SMT ROHS assemblies. We are losing some upside down parts in the reflow oven when running the 2nd side. These are parts that do not fall off the leaded version. Anybody else having problems with this? What are you doing to stop

We are having continual QuadAlign issues with a 1997 vintage QSP2. Every part on the machine has been replaced now they want to replace the entire head on gantry one. Does anyone have any experience in this area? Sincerely, Andy Micro Air, Inc.

Error we get is quadalign. Calibration is good. Signal for this head appears better than #2 which works fine. As soon as 1 picks up the first part we get quadalign error. Thanks for any help you may have. Andy

This is the TP9-2U machine and have about 2000 hours on it. When I used the camera to walk through the program, it is not repeatable.
