1. Change the part. OR 2. Change the pads to Panasonic's recommendation. Actually both are recommended from my perspective. ECHU. Shudder.

Check out ERSA's Ecoselect 350. You can have 2 solder pots in the machine. 1 for SN/PB and 1 for Lead Free. It's a little more than $ than the others, but its a production machine! Not a toy.

Yea, 10,20,40,60 over or 2% for large issue qtys. would be ideal as we do run out of parts often if the issue qty. is very high.

I hope that you don't miss that data later on. My suggestion of changing align type to "2" (in the extent data) eliminates the alignment step but leaves the data intact.

No adhesive? Then how about 2 different solder pastes? Higher melting temp for the first side, lower for the second.

Unplug light pen. Plug in mouse (track ball). Unless you've upgraded your idustrial PC you need to find a PS2 trackball

It cant be that easy? I dont see any PS/2 ports on the back of the industrial PC. Only an old school AT keyboard port. Maybe im not looking in the right place for the port?
