Hi Steve, Depends where you are in the world too - if in the UK I would go for the Topaz - easier to program & use than the GSM2, if not as good a machine. However there's a lot of 3rd party Quad support if you're in the states.

Your customer needs to be beaten sensible with a copy of IPC-610. Strapping it to a 2x4 may increase efficiency.

I think it might be the feeder banks, that is causing the problem. I've tried picking a SOT-23 component using head 2 spindles 1-4 from a rear feeder bank and it is picking off centre. Doing exactly the same, but putting the feeder in a front bank it

CK, That is the exact machine I had. I bought a Dek 265LT in 1997 or late 96. Was one of the first Dek 265LTs made. Never had to use epoxy blackened fiducials and it worked great with 1/2 etched or laser cut fiducials. Chris
