Good Point. Also, what about the type of solder paste your using - Are you getting a good release from the stencil? What do your boards look like after you print?

Anyone have good luck rounding up part numbers for Assembleon part numbers for their feeders? It's rough trying to get them through the company it's self, and the manual's are not that helpfull.

It back running now, after shut it off over night, it power back up,look like the heat sensor under of 4 resistors is start getting bad.But i'll by pass it, if it happen again. Thank you for your in put.

We have this issue as well in our house. A customer calls out a lead-free bga and wants to place on a leaded assembly. All we do is send it out and get the BGA reballed with leaded balls.

Hi Sr. Tech well I'll tell you why. If the people that bought these so called bargains, would as least call and ask for the price for a machine. But no they buy a piece of equipment and then expect to get free tech support to get it to work. Then
