MY DATA HYDRA TOOL LENGTH EROR

Electronics Forum | Wed Sep 11 18:01:27 EDT 2013 | huske

I've had that issue before, here's how you fix it, or at least it worked for me. Also assuming you didn't destroy a shaft, which should be obvious. Follow the flexible vacuum tubes to the top of the hydra shafts, you should see a red light below the

QUAD 4C motor error #5

Electronics Forum | Thu Aug 29 05:01:38 EDT 2013 | bobpan

Motor Error 5 is usually an interlock error. Take off the rear right cover and look at the red and green led's on the driver cards. If they are both lit....you have a door open or if you have carts....a feeder base switch is up. Good Luck

For the proper baking durations for msd componrnts you should follow the ipc/jedec j-std-033b standard. Just google that standard and the pdf should come up. On page 16 there is a complete table showing the temps and durations.

Samsung CP40CV Vibration issue

Electronics Forum | Mon Sep 16 00:30:56 EDT 2013 | larrygroves

likely something loose in the z or theta axis. Motor overruns and is corrected but goes too far then gets corrected back. it sets up an vibration and can make a lot of noise. best guess is that the spring is broke in the z rack.

Concave Terminals Help. CP4 or GSM

Electronics Forum | Wed Nov 13 09:22:03 EST 2013 | swag

This is helpful information. PROMATION just released a low cost stand alone pick and place for pre-printed labels which would also include Kapton Dots. So if you do not want to tie up your pick and place this could also be an option for placing them.
