Dave, Good advice and point well taken. Do you use a private service or your local Labor and Industries folks for monitoring? Thanks.

It has been recommended that my production staff become IPC certified and that we require our vendors do the same. I've read the IPC website but was wondering what your experiences were with this training, good and bad?

Take a look at the BM3 Ed-1C, page 6 schematic - lower middle. N17-N18 off of XXW2B goes to FX. Have you checked this fuse? Good luck

The Z axis is overloading. Could be a connector between the top of the table and the bottom of the rails, or a faulty motor, z-brake, or driver. Good luck!

That is a delamination. It is indeed from moisture. You need to bake the boards for at least 8 hours and you should be good to go.

There is also a modify code that if set to 0 the quad-align will not turn on and you will have this error. It is one of the higher mod codes around 60-80......been so long i forget.... Good Luck Bob

Home plate design is great for avoiding beads and tombstoning in some cases, but it will not help you when the spacing is too far apart. It will make it worse. You need a good even screen and accurate placement.

Actually most over the counter masks don't work very well as the virus is so tiny it goes right through when you breath or cough. I guess they make people feel better though. The rest of your advice is quite good though.
