Ya, that could be happened bcoz of reflow profile.I think, in this case, each lead got the different temperature during the reflow process. If the solder had melted properly,the hot lead would have attracted the solder to cover itself.

IPC also states that side overhang on a gull wing of 50% is acceptable for Class 2. Does anyone know if that interprets to only one side having a fillet? Also with toe overhang acceptable, there need not be a toe fillet.

I've used phoenix x-ray for about 8 years with no issues. GE recently took over the x-ray division. worth looking into.

I would stick with either FocalSpot or Phoenix (GE). Both are excellent systems. FocalSpot has a new benchtop-style xray...perfect for SMT

Hi, When we load a recipe (oven profile) on our heller 1809 the pc screen goes black, the oven turns off then comes back on and the error is communications with oven was lost. Anyone seen this error before? rob

Thanks Rob for letting use know what the cause was as we have a heller 1809 oven thats a 2005 year what year is your oven? Im thinking our battery probaly doesn't have a lot of life left yet either Thanks again
