Anyone try Cyberoptics SAM technology before? My company do not have so many talent engineers to handle algorithm tuning :( What to do?

thanks- looks like it will work - one more thing- if I want to incorporate a beeping or clicking sound, or some audible tone during those 90 sec is there something that can be put on the pcb or do I need an external speaker? thanks again

Hello, I'm looking for a supplier for an ESD Cover that I can use to cover my Feeder Tables that are not in use. (I'm thinking of something similar to an ESD Safe BBQ Grill Cover) Does anybody have these, or know where I might be able to find them?

They sell rolls of antistatic poly sheeting. Maybe you could make your own covers. Try Uline.com

Patrick, It actually seems to go away after every adjustment. Whether it's flux, heat, doesn't matter but it always reappears. The part that has me baffled is the fact that another identical part is approx. 4 mm away, and never affects this one.

Chris, Since it’s always the same clip it must be that the clip is in an area where the solder wave can’t fully reach. Since you are using frames is it possible that the problem clip is the closest to board edge and gets shadowed by the frame? A p

Larry, The early results are in and turning the fixture, as you recommended seems to have fixed the problem, I want to thank everyone for their input, if this turns into another temp. fix I'll be back. Stay tuned!

I believe so...the last 100 or so boards we ran gave us no problem, we haven't ran any since. Easy fix, thanks again.

I have worked on the mirae's. Easy software...with a few bugs of course.....Accuracy is great from 0201 on up. Like them better than the Juki's or Samsung. Dont know about other machines. Good luck
