The Tant size is 3528-21. I use type 72 nozzle > for it. check your vacuum valve, manually turn it on and off,i have the same problem like that b-4, after replacing the vacuum valve, the problem went away.

Hi, most of them are MSL 3.There are MSL 4 and 2a.Most of defective LEDs are 3528 footprint.The thermoprofile is Ok??

We are mounting 3528 package LEds with pick & place machine.The problem is , nozzle picks up the LED , but it stick to the nozzle & not placed. Then it gives error in the next cycle. Can anybody suggest the solution?
