You can enter the service program for the MyData, can't remember exactly how, you have to exit out of tpsys to the command prompt and type service or something along those lines. Then you can check the raw numbers for vacuum and force on the Midas h

That depends on what service screen you are using there are 2 of them.One is the exit to service under your exit prompt. The other is an extended version of the service program and you have to exit tpsys under the exit prompt and type in service -x w

Since 6 days we are tryng to solve a issue in our MyData12. For some reason, the TpSys doesn´t start properly and continuesly is rebooting after a message "MMI exited, status = 134, terminating servers - Waiting for Tpsys to finish - MMI returned 13
