I am looking for information on reflow temps for a flex board. There is only one 6 pin IC but the board has a 3M double sided tape. Is it possible to reflow without damaging the tape. Any suggestions?

Does anyone have a novel idea on how to protect the flex area during conformal spray coating? Currently using Humiseal T30 on the flex but it has to be removed very carefully to insure coating stays intact on the board.

We had a contract in house that included a flex board which required an 18 hour bake at 105 degrees. The other brds got along fine with 2 hours, but the flex board would delaminate until we went to this long bake. I don't know how the engineer came

so you bend it to go in? Can you not let it lay flat? We run flex on carriers, but nothing that large. We also run 48inch long boards, but they are aluminum.

I don't have equipment that can handle this size of a board. Do you see any challenges on printing 48" board?
