Try swapping XWB board that is on top of X-Wagon. Have you try that? All signals go thru there. Another thing can be those 2 ribbon cables that are behind of X-Wagon. How long ago did you change them? What I would do is to move X to different positio

The 2 big ribbon cables, on top of the X wagon. They run from the booster board, in the back, to the board on top of the X-wagon. They wear out and need to be replaced, periodically. Since, the tool cycle works, the Z-motion is probably working ok. I

We are seeing intermittent X-transducer errors. I notice that the X-wagon has more resistance over the Y-wagon area when I manually push it back and fourth. I am thinking the belt might need replaced. Has anyone else seen this before.

What are you trying to calibrate? I think you mis-typed...there is no W-wagon. I think you meant X-wagon camera. I have never seen one of these go out of cal. Why do you think it needs calibrated ?

Check to see if the mount precision is set to high in the package acceleration field. We set this to normal and the oscillation went away. I wonder if slowing down the x-axis would help.

Thanks , If you reduce the placement precision the X-Axis does not make any noise but than I had placement /pickup problems when it comes to Ic's.Slowing down did not make any difference.
