I was curious if anyone has recommendations for JEDEC Waffle Tray MFG's. I'm looking to have some custom trays built for our particular parts and utilizing an M690 ESD Dissipative material.

If the balls are lead free you need to be running a lead free profile on the oven even if you are running leaded paste.

As the machine was working before - and as it is not connected to any network and we do not use the floppy disks, I do not think that it is related to a virus.

could be a hardware problem (processor board, harddrive) but this overflow message is most times software related. delete the calib file for an other trial. have you the machine software for reinstall?

Are you better off with a ... * Low-end MDA ... OR * Low-end optical inspection machine ... Do you really need to check component values? ... OR Are you just checking component values to be sure that you're inspecting well?
