We have been evaluating different solder irons and have narrowed it down to Weller and JBC. Does any one have JBC units and comments about them? This was the first time I have ever heard of JBC solder equipment

1 mm, recommended inspection range is from 1.5X to 3X magnification. For verification of rejects, 4X magnification is recommended. Cheers, ..rob

Please go to output from I/O option and press on/off option in the main conveyor. While on condition motor should on when off motor should stop.If this will not happen then need to change I/o card.

could be a faulty motor? you can check the voltage at the connection to the motor when the IO is on.....or swap the motor.

Bob, Thanks, Your suggestions got me on the right track. I moved my focus from the assembler to the PC and found that my EMM386 memory manager was corrupt.I copied it from another machine and all is well. Thanks again
