Fyi, I just came across this the other day and you should look GSC, info@gogsc.com. They have been around for ages and do a great job for Lucnet.

Adhesive strength specs

Is there a spec for the adhesives used to hold down parts before wave soldering. What size dots are recommended and what is the maximum shear force(1LB?) tested for to ensure good adhesion. Your help is appreciated Rich Scheleski

Thank you. IPC-2222 applies to rigid organic boards. It does not apply to ceramic boards. Since there is no 2222 analog for ceramic boards, I used 2222.
