We are having a problem setting up the Mirae MR20LP Pick and Place Machine.For some reason the program cannot see the feeders.All the feeders in the program are in Yellow which means FEEDER MISSED but supposed to be green.

Yes it is new.The technicians that have set up the machine did not have the feeder manual up until yesterday afternoon.They managed to sort the problem out by referring to the manual.The EX-Feeders needed to be programmed on the feeders itself.Thanks

We are seeing some PCBs especially from foreign sources that exhibit silk screen color change after reflow? Has anyone else seen this lately?

Seen it. We use a lead free process, sometimes our supplier will use a lead process silk screen that burns at a lower temp. The HASL coat was still SN100CL.

Failing to origin the machine. On pressing ORIGIN, it moves a small distance and gives the message "ORIGIN INCOMPLETE" and displays error ...243:Y DRIFT ADJUSTMENT NO GOOD..." Please help.
