Has anyone looked at SPI results across different squeegee blade manufacturers ? We are running Momentums and using the MPM pro-blades. Ive been considering looking at permalex blades again to see if I can maybe squeek out some better yields.

Reseat all the connectors on the cards make sure pins are clean and no corrosion. Not sure what to say about current, etc. There is or was a place on the east coast that repairs these cards. Can't remember who it is - sorry not much help with that

Don't bother trying to use Rushpcb. I've been waiting a week for a quote, and they won't tell me what the issues are with my data. They say they have to call to talk to me.

We had the same problem too. Water would remain under the caps even after a bake out. We saw this numerous times when the caps were removed after the wash and bake. The only fix was to hand solder the large electrolytics.

My company is considering purchasing manual SMT equipment. I don't have any experience with manual equipment. Can anyone suggest a good supplier? Also, is there a advantage using low volume automated equipment?
